James 1:12 (New International Version)

Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

Trials will come. No one is immune to them. How you persevere or endure the trial is the real test.

Everyday we are faced with a new challenge and sometimes old ones attempt to throw us off our path.

There are times when we will be overcome by challenges, but we must rise up and move ahead in the things of God.

Our strength for survival comes through our relationship with Jesus Christ. If we maintain a right relationship with Him, through careful study the word of God, we will persevere and be saved.

Jesus’ challenge was His cross. He fell on His journey to Calvary, but never once did He stay down and never once did He let go of His cross.

As He fell, He got up and pressed forward until His mission was accomplished. He persevered unto the end and is now seated at the right hand of the Father.

Let us follow His example and persevere to the end. We know that when our mission on earth is accomplished, we will receive our reward, which is the crown of life that God has promised to those who love
Him.
